Try this simple recipe for an easy and healthy vegan parfait! The combination of coconut, banana, and chocolate will be a real crowd pleaser.
- 1 cup coconut whipping cream
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup large toasted coconut flakes
- 2 to 3 ounces SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Whip up or buy some coconut whipping cream. Slice up your banana into thick slices. Toast the macadamia nuts and coconut flakes.
Step 2. Layer the ingredients into two glasses. Start with 1 tablespoon of the coconut on the bottom of each of glasses. Then add 1/4th of the coconut whipping cream to each glass. Top each glass with 1 tablespoon of the chopped macadamia nuts.
Step 3. Then add about an ounce of SoChatti chocolate to each glass. Place in ½ of the sliced banana in each glass. Top each glass with another 1/4th of the coconut whipping cream. Then top with extra SoChatti chocolate, macadamia nuts, banana slice, and coconut flakes. Enjoy right away!
