The best chocolate martini you'll ever have! The Martini's is a great cocktail that lifts the garnish to star level with the vodka enhancing every tone of the deep chocolate experience.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ounce SoChatti
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1. Combine the vodka, Irish cream and Sochatti in a shaker tin and briskly stir until the Sochatti is completely emulsified.
Step 2. Fill the shaker tin halfway full with crushed ice. Shake until the shaker tin develops a fine layer of frost on the outside wall.
Step 3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Dash ground cinnamon on top of the cocktail, and garnish with a cinnamon spear. (We also added a few drizzles of SoChatti.)
