Pancakes with Chocolate Drizzle

Breakfast calls for pancakes with a drizzle of SoChatti Chocolate! Pancakes with chocolate will become a new family favorite!


  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 to 4 ounces of SoChatti Chocolate




Step 1. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. In a large measuring cup melt the butter in the microwave. Add the milk and the eggs to the melted butter, stir to combine.

Step 2. Drizzle the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while whisking. Combine well and make sure there are no lumps left. 

Step 3. Pour the batter onto a heated griddle or skillet set at a low/medium heat greased with butter. When bubbles start to form and then burst flip the pancake and cook on the second side until golden.

Step 4. Repeat Step 3 until all the pancake batter is gone. Drizzle with your favorite SoChatti and enjoy!
