FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Take your breakfast to the next level with a drizzle of SoChatti chocolate over French Toast!  Make even the pickiest of eaters happy with this breakfast.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf sliced bread (try challah, brioche or whole wheat)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup skim or 1% milk
  • 1 to 2 ounces SoChatti chocolate
  • Butter for skillet

Instructions

Step 1. Pre-heat a 12-inch skillet to medium heat.  In a medium size bowl place the eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Whisk to combine well.

Step 2. Place a small amount of butter into the skillet.  Dip the sliced bread into the egg mixture, making sure to cover all areas of the bread.  Place into the skillet and flip once during cooking. 

Step 3. Repeat step 2 until all of your bread and egg mixture are gone.

Step 4. Serve warm with a drizzle of SoChatti chocolate.
