- 8 ounces of coffee
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- 1 ounce milk, half and half, or heavy cream
- 1 ounce SoChatti (plus for for drizzling)
Step 1. Brew your favorite coffee. Stir the raw sugar into the coffee until dissolved.
Step 2. Squeeze your SoChatti into a separate small bowl or shot glass. Add a tablespoon of the hot coffee to the chocolate and stir until the mixture of chocolate and espresso is completely emulsified. If you add too much water/liquid/coffee to the chocolate all at once the chocolate will separate.
Step 3. Stir the chocolate and coffee mix into the remaining coffee. Add your milk, half and half, or heavy cream and stir. Then pour your drink into a glass full of ice.
Step 4. Finish off your iced coffee with a drizzle of SoChatti and enjoy!
