INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces of butterscotch chips
- 6 ounces SoChatti
- 1 can of chow mein noodles (5 ounces)
- Jelly beans for decoration
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Spray a small/mini muffin tin with pan spray.
Step 2. Place your butterscotch chips into a microwave proof bowl. Warm for 30-second intervals, stirring between each one. Warm until completely melted. Add the SoChatti chocolate and stir to combine.
Step 3. Add the chow mein noodles and gently stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
Step 4. Scoop a small amount into each muffin tin and press down the center to make the nest. Set the nest into the fridge to set for about 10 minutes.
Step 5. Once the chocolate nests are set, you can remove them from the muffin tin and decorate with jelly beans or candy of your choice.
