No Churn Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
Who doesn’t like mint and chocolate ice cream! Try this easy no churn mint and chocolate ice cream made with SoChatti chocolate.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
¾ teaspoon peppermint extract
3 to 4 drops of green food coloring
4 ounces of SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer whisk the 2 cups of heavy whipping cream until peaks form.
Step 2. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and green food coloring. Add your whipped cream and fold in gently, just till combined.
Step 3. Pour your mixture into an ice cream container or a freezer safe container. Drizzle 2 ounces of the SoChatti chocolate into the ice cream mixture and using a spoon gently swirl together.
Step 4. Drizzle the remaining 2 ounces of SoChatti chocolate onto the top of the ice cream, so not stir this drizzle into the ice cream.
Step 5. Place the ice cream into the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Step 6. Enjoy your no churn mint and chocolate ice cream with an extra drizzle of SoChatti or in your favorite ice cream cone!
