No-Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie with SoChatti Chocolate
Who doesn’t love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter? This easy recipe for peanut butter and chocolate pie has just five ingredients!
9 whole sheets graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons, creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
4 ounces SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Prepare your pan by oiling or buttering an 8-inch round tart pan with a removable bottom. If you don’t have a tart pan, you can use an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2. In a food processor, pulse the graham cracker into crumbs and add the powdered sugar and pulse to combine. Add the 3/4 cup of peanut butter and pulse to combine. With the food processor running, add the melted butter, process until fully combined.
Step 3. Spread the peanut butter and graham cracker mixture into the prepared tart pan or square pan.
Step 4. In a small bowl combine the remaining peanut butter (2 tablespoons) and the SoChatti until smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter and graham cracker layer, be careful to not bring the peanut butter and graham cracker layer up into the chocolate layer.
Step 5. Place the dessert into the fridge until completely firm, at least 4 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
