Grilled Steak with Chocolate Steak Sauce
Nothing is better than food from the grill! Try this SoChatti chocolate steak sauce next time you grill your favorite steak.
1 or 2 steaks, ribeye or skirt steak
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed fennel seed
1 to 2 ounces SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Grill your steak to the desired temperature.
Step 2. Meanwhile, crush the fennel seed and place into a small bowl. Add the kosher salt, olive oil, and SoChatti and combine.
Step 3. Let your steak rest 5 to 10 minutes, then slice thinly. Serve with a drizzle of the Chocolate Steak Sauce and more on the side in a small bowl.
