CHOCOLATE DIPPED CITRUS FRUIT
Try this quick and easy recipe with your favorite citrus fruits. This classic combination of citrus and chocolate will be an instant hit with everyone.
Oranges or Tangerines (peeled and separated)
1-2 ounces SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Prepare a cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper or parchment to place your dipped fruit on.
Step 2. Place the 1 to 2 ounces of SoChatti into a small bowl or dish that would be good for dipping your fruit into.
Step 3. Take each piece of fruit, dip into the SoChatti until desired height, then pull out the fruit and let the excess SoChatti drip off. Then place onto the cookie sheet.
Step 4. Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set the SoChatti and enjoy your chocolate dipped fruit.
