Looking for an appetizer that will wow your friends and family?  Try this savory chicken and chocolate dish that has a little kick to it. 


  • ½ pound chicken, cubed

  • 1 Yellow pepper, diced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 Green onions, sliced

  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon chili powder (to your level of heat)

  • Sliced Bread, toasted

  • 1 to 2 ounces SoChatti chocolate


Step 1. Cube the chicken and dice the yellow pepper.  Pre-heat a 10-inch skillet and place the teaspoon of olive oil into the pan.  Add the chicken, pepper, salt, and chili powder. Cook the chicken until done.

Step 2. Meanwhile, chop slice the two green onions and place into a medium bowl.  Add the cooked chicken and pepper and stir to mix. 

Step 3. Place your toasted bread slices on serving plate and top with the desired amount of the chicken mixture.   

Step 4. Next, drizzle with SoChatti and enjoy your chicken and chili chocolate sauce bruschetta.
