Each production cycle begins with clean equipment. Hardened stainless steel grinding media, some balls weighing over 2 pounds each, show off their near-mirror finish.
Ingredients are cold ground until the SoChatti is smooth and every particle is evenly coated with a layer of natural oils. That delicious liquid coats very surface of the grinding media.
SoChatti is carefully removed from the drum using vibration, separating the perfectly ground product from any overprocessed or underprocessed ingredients.
The SoChatti grinder and media are washed, rinsed, sanitized and dried from top to bottom. Now we’re ready for the next batch.
