GRANULAR

After Roasting, ingredients are combined in a SoChatti grinder, which looks similar to a trough mixer containing clean and dry grinding balls to begin the one-step, 60-hour cycle.

PLAYDOUGH

Within 6-8 hours, the ingredients are cold ground into a play-doh-like consistency, releasing natural oils and aromas.

COARSE LIQUID

After 12-18 hours, the ingredients transition from a solid to a liquid as natural oils begin to coat the particles. Special drying media absorb water from the air while preserving the natural flavors

PERFECTLY GROUND

After nearly 24 hours of continuous grinding, smooth, aromatic SoChatti is ready for filtering and outgassing.
