Try this easy SoChatti chocolate pull apart bread for your next brunch or get together. It’s fun and easy to make with store-bought biscuits and cherry pie filling.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 containers of biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
- 1 (21 oz) can of cherry pie filling
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 4 to 5 oz. of SoChatti chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Grease a bundt pan with baking spray.
Step 2. In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon. Open biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Take the cut biscuit dough and roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Once they are coated in the sugar and cinnamon mixture place the dough into the greased bundt pan. Layer half of the dough evenly in the bottom of the pan. Top with half of the cherry pie filling then drizzle about 2 ounces of SoChatii. Repeat by layering half of the dough pieces, remaining cherry pie filling and finish with other 2 ounces of SoChatti
Step 3. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. (Cover with foil if you notice the top becoming too brown) Cool the bread in the bundt pan for 20 minutes. Invert pan onto a large plate or cooling rack. Allow the bread to cool for another 30 minutes before serving.
Step 4. After cooling drizzle with about 1 ounce of SoChatti to garnish.
