Try this great twist on an afternoon snack! Everyone will enjoy this sweet and salty sandwich!
- Sliced Whole Grain Bread
- Butter or Ghee (for grilling)
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Strawberry Jelly
- SoChatti Chocolate
Step 1. Heat a large skillet over low-medium heat. Butter one side of each of the slices of bread.
Step 2. On the opposite side of the buttered bread spread your peanut butter and jelly. Then drizzle a small amount of SoChatti on top of the peanut butter and jelly. Top with the other slice of buttered bread.
Step 3. Place sandwich in the heated skillet and cook for about 1 to 1 and ½ minutes and flip the sandwich with a spatula and finish cooking on the other side. The bread should be a nice golden brown.
Step 4. Serve while still warm.
