
Take your classic oatmeal and fresh fruit up a notch with a drizzle of SoChatti chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 cups of water
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup of dried fruit (your choice - cherries, blueberries, cranberries)
- Fresh berries
- 2 ounces of SoChatti chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. In a medium saucepan combine the oats, water, and kosher salt. Bring the oatmeal to a simmer and stir every few minutes for about 25 minutes.
Step 2. Once the oatmeal has cooked for 25 minutes, add the dried fruit and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 3. Pour your oatmeal into a bowl and garnish with fresh berries and SoChatti chocolate.
*Tip: The oatmeal keeps great in the refrigerator for up to a week, so that you can enjoy oatmeal with SoChatti all week!
