An elegant but simple treat all are sure to enjoy. You can use candied orange slices or almonds for a different combination.
- 20 to 30 pistachios
- 20 to 30 yellow or golden raisins
- 20 to 30 slices of dried apricot
- 20 to 30 toasted hazelnuts
- 2 to 3 ounces SoChatti chocolate
Step 1. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Step 2. Make 20 to 30 bite-sized drops on to the parchment paper with your SoChatti.
Step 3. Place dried fruit and nuts on to the SoChatti.
Step 4. Place the tray of candies into the fridge for about 5 minutes to set the chocolate florentines.
